I decided to create a new blog. A blog about being a Mom (and Wife). The toughest job I've ever had (and I've had some tough ones!). Even though, I have just two kids there are still the pandemonium of emotions, comings and goings, drama, and just everything that can possibly occur in life. Of course, there is no manual and anyone who thinks Dr. Spock knew what he was talking about is completely wrong and lying to you! I feel as if I should have written down everything that has gone on these past 21 years. My kids probably won't appreciate this but someone has to share the craziness so we all know we are not alone!
Seriously, though, I do have great kids. They cause me stress, happy, sad, heartbreak, anxiety, etc. I think sometimes I have more of an emotional roller coaster ride than they do. I plan on sharing everything from the lowest of lows to the highest of highs. Hopefully you can laugh, cry, and heck may even learn a thing or two! I might even learn something. You just never know. Anything is possible and God does work in very mysterious ways. So please stop by and find out what happens around this crazy house. Just know as parents we can never be perfect but we can surely try! I guess that is my one weakness of character. I want to be the perfect mom. Problem is - I can't cook and hate cleaning. So, perfection is so not possible but I can definitely give my heart, my brain, and my time. I guess that is all I can do.
I also want to use this to show my children just how much they really do mean to me. Sometimes words just can't be said so perhaps writing/reading them will help a little bit. I am sure there are a million other blogs out there just like this. Also, you should know I am not a grammatical whiz so sometimes I tend to be a little loosey goosey with the punctuation. I do try to use proper English. Otherwise, I tend to write like I talk
and that's okay for the purpose here.
Where to begin. Part of me says the beginning, but what fun would that be. I will start as close to now as I can. Pretty crazy but we can go back in time on a rainy day. Kind of my form of flashbacks! Just what you wanted, huh?! So, keep a look out for the next installment because you don't want to miss a minute of this.
